Ashbourne Golf Club
Ashbourne Golf Club was established in 1991 when a group of individuals – mainly resident in Ashbourne – decided to resurrect the project of developing a local golf club. A series of meetings took place in various locations, which attracted an overwhelmingly positive response from those who attended. Work began immediately and Ashbourne Golf Club was opened for play in June 1994.
Killegland Football Club
Killegland AFC is located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. We have been running for 4 years and have grown so much to give the children of a safe environment in order to learn new skills in not only football but also in teamwork and friendship. We are always looking for players so feel free to contact us if you know someone who is itching for a game.
Ashbourne United Football Club
Ashbourne United FC was founded in 1978 and the club's inaugural match was against a team made up of newly moved-in residents in the town. Ashbourne United's first competitive season was in the 1979/80 season. The first competitive match was a 6-2 victory over Stoneybatter on the 1st September in the, now, Leinster Football League.
Donaghmore/Ashbourne GAA
CLG Domhach Mor Cill Dheaglain (Donaghmore/Ashbourne GAA) is located in the town of Ashbourne in County Meath. The club was founded in 1923 in Donaghmore townland 3km south of Ashbourne. The team was founded under the name Donaghmore but renamed Donaghmore/Ashbourne in 1996 to reflect the increased number of players and supporters from Ashbourne.
